Michael Evangelista is a New York based tattooer and illustrator.

Born and raised in The Bronx, he is a graduate from the Fashion Institute of Technology. He was working on his tattoo apprenticeship in Brooklyn and working in the service industry while he pursued his BFA in Illustration at the same time. His tattoos and illustrations are heavily influenced by Eastern and Western traditional tattooing and popular culture. He is open to different styles of tattooing and with his illustration background, he guarantees a tattoo to be proud of.
